your FAFSA application.
- A list of all schools to
which you are applying for financial aid.
- A list of all individual
school/state financial aid programs to which you will be
applying for financial aid.
- Phone, fax, or mailing
address to receive your signature form. Your signature
form will be generated upon completion of your FAFSA. Your
completed application will be sent to you by
email, mail,
fax. You and/your parents
will be required to sign the
signature form. You will also need to submit the names of
all schools to which you will be seeking financial
assistance to complete your FAFSA.
